– July 2, 2025 (21h00): it is not anymore possible to include the banquet (BateauxMouches) in any registration.
– The registration website is now open (April 23, 2025): https://ifac2025-msrob.com/reg/registration-ifac2025.php
– Deadline for Early Birds registration is: June 4 (23h59 CET), 2025. Consider 24h delay after registration is effective before being able to upload final version on ifac.papercept.
– Deadline for uploading final version of Symposia contributions via ifac.papercept (regular and invited full papers, regular and invited extended abstracts): June 6, 2025. This considers contributions from IFAC Mechatronics journal (VSI special issues submissions) transferred to Symposia.

Acceptance Letters:
i) For authors of accepted contribution (full papers, extended abstracts, workshop/tutorial organization, invited session organization, papers transferred from IFAC Mechatronics journal to the Symposia), please connect to your session at https://ifac.papercept.net/ to download the letter.
ii) For non-authors who would like to attend the Symposia, please write an email to mrakoton@uttop.fr with ifac25-travel@uttop.fr and samer.mohammed@u-pec.fr in copy by providing the following information: names, affiliation. Note that this will require that a registration is made.
iii) For attendants of the IFAC Council which will take place at Sorbonne University during the Symposia and who would like an invitation letter, please write an email to mrakoton@uttop.fr with ifac25-travel@uttop.fr and samer.mohammed@u-pec.fr in copy with the following information: names, affiliation, name (e.g. TC4.2-IFAC Mechatronics Technical Committee…) and date of the meeting.
