– If you have one or several accepted contributions (paper, invited paper, extended abstract, organization of WS/Tutorial, organization of session) to the 10th IFAC Symposium on Mechatronic Systems or to the 14th IFAC Symposium on Robotics, an invitation letter can be generated automatically and downloaded from your https://ifac.papercept.net/ account.
– If you have a journal paper with presentation at the Symposia, after having registrated (https://ifac2025-msrob.com/registration/), you will receive an invitation letter. If you did not receive the letter, feel free to contact the “travel” Chair and co-Chair (ifac25-travel@uttop.fr).
– If you are invited as speaker to a WS or a Tutorial and need a letter of invitation, feel free to contact the “travel” Chair and co-Chair (ifac25-travel@uttop.fr) by providing the WS or Tutorial title and its organizers names.
– If you want to attend the Symposia without having a presentation (paper, invited paper, extended abstract, journal paper, WS/tutorial presentation) but you did registration (), a letter of invitation will be sent to you.
