Registration information:
- All participants must be registered. The registration fee per category is presented in Table-I above. The offered services per category are described in Table-II.
- All presenting authors of accepted papers (regular papers, invited papers, extended abstracts) must be registered by the “final version upload deadline” (April 15, 2025). Accepted papers that are not associated with a registration by this deadline will be removed from the program and will not appear in the proceedings.
- All registration will have access to both MECHATRONICS Symposium 2025 and ROBOTICS Symposium 2025 with just one registration fee. However, this does not apply for “accompanying registration” category and for “Workshops/Tutorial only registration” category for which the offered services are limited.

- The Banquet will be a dinner-cruise along the Seine river of Paris with the famous Bateaux Mouches. The number of available places for the Banquet is limited. Participants who would like to attend this unique Banquet experience are encouraged to register and declare interest as earlier as possible.
